-General Description: He is tall and broad shouldered, with balding red hair, a beard and blue eyes.

Book 1: Before he was married he had a reputation for being a lusty man. He has at least one endowment of metabolism. Borenson’s main role is as Captain of the King's Guard, though he is promoted early on to Baron of the Realm, giving land in Drewverry March.
